Shoulder Abduction Splint

These are used to both limit motion and maintain a predetermined position. Some use foam bolsters while others incorporate aluminum hardware. They are usually used post-surgically but can be applied anytime.
These are almost always custom fitted.
Shoulder Immobilizer
These are used to both limit motion and maintain a predetermined position. They can also offer offloading of the shoulder joint.
These are almost always custom fitted.
